Please submit all written requests via email, fax, or personal delivery to the Coldwell Banker Platinum Properties office in Irvine.

• Rental Application Packet – Please email for this form.
• Application Contingency Form – This form is submitted with a completed application packet if the prospective resident requests certain repairs be made prior to signing a lease and moving in.
• Auto Pay Enrollment – Residents can enroll in our autopay program and have rent payments automatically paid each month via e-check or credit card.
