Please submit all written requests via email, fax, or personal delivery to the Coldwell Banker Platinum Properties office in Irvine.

• Property Management Application – Please email for a copy of this form.  The completed form gives your property manager the information needed to set up your account and property profile.
• Property Owner Direct Deposit Enrollment – This form is used to enroll in direct deposit if prefer to receive your monthly owner disbursements electronically rather than receiving mailed paper checks.
• W9 – We are required to have this IRS form completed by each owner.
• SoCalGas Continuous Service Agreement – This completed form insures gas service to a property will be uninterrupted when a resident moves out by automatically transferring the bill back to the owner.
• SoCalEdison Continuous Service Agreement – This completed form insures electricity service to a property will be uninterrupted when a resident moves out by automatically transferring the bill back to the owner.
