Maintenance Request

If the case of a dangerous or life threatening emergency, dial 911.  For other emergency maintenance issues contact your property manager at 714-552-8687.

Non emergency maintenance requests must be submitted in writing in one of the following ways:

• Login to your resident account and submit your request online.

• Print out the Maintenance Request Form and return it to our Irvine Office, scan and email it to info@ocpropertymanagers.com, or fax it to 949-269-9159.
