Please submit all written requests via email, fax, or personal delivery to the Coldwell Banker Platinum Properties office in Irvine.

  • Resident Maintenance Request – Used for routine maintenance requests.
  • Resident Request To Paint – Residents who wish to repaint any part of the property submit their request using this form.
  • Resident Lock Change Request – Residents who wish to change locks submit their request using this form.
  • Resident Self Performed Maintenance Request – Residents who wish to perform a repair, upgrade, or renovation themself submit their request using this form.
  • Notice Of Intent To Vacate – Your lease continues on a month to month basis after the initial term.   YOUR LEASE DOES NOT AUTOMATICALLY TERMINATE WITHOUT YOUR SIGNED 30 DAY NOTICE OF INTENT TO VACATE.  All residents must submit this form 30 days prior to their intended vacate date.
  • Auto Pay Enrollment – Residents can enroll in our autopay program and have rent payments automatically paid each month via e-check or credit card.
  • Move In Inspection Checklist – Residents have 7 days after their lease commencement date to complete this checklist noting any damage to the home existing at or before move in (please email for a copy of this form).
